Step 6 - Recognize Your Weakness

2 Corinthians 12:9-10

And He has said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.” Most gladly, therefore, I will rather boast in my weaknesses, so that the power of Christ may dwell in me. Therefore I am well content with weaknesses, with insults, with distresses, with persecutions and hardships, for the sake of Christ, for when I am weak, then I am strong.

1 Corinthians 2:3

And I was with you in weakness and in fear and in much trembling,

1 John 1:8-9

If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

Matthew 5:3

“Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.

Psalm 32:2-5

How blessed is the man whose iniquity Yahweh will not take into account, And in whose spirit there is no deceit! When I kept silent about my sin, my bones wasted away. Through my groaning all day long. For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality was drained away as with the heat of summer. Selah. I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I did not cover up; I said, “I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh;” And You forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose harness are bit and bridle to control them, Otherwise they will not come near you.
